This film was made at the time just after a huge gas field was discovered in Sumatra near Banda Aceh, the place destroyed by the tsunami. the story was beautiful. People were beginning to become middle class and enjoying the benefits of the energy resources found off their shores. Today, entire gas field is owned by and controlled by the Indonesian government and the major source of their income. The gas primarily supplies Japan.
