Two men charged in connection with the assassination of a Chechen leader have appeared in a United Arab Emirates court. Sulim Yamadayec, a commander of a Chechen battalion allied with Moscow, was shot in the back of the head last March in the UAE city of Dubai - where the trial is being held. The suspects - one Iranian and the other from Tajikstan - are charged with "aiding and abetting" the murder. But several men accused of actually carrying out the assassination are currently in Russia and UAE authorities want them extradited to face charges in court. Dubai's chief of police says an 11-member hit squad carrying European passports was responsible for last month's murder of a prominent Hamas member. Mahmud al-Mabhuh was found dead in his luxury hotel room. Police have said they will issue arrest warrants soon. Two Palestinians suspected of providing logistical support have also been detained. Fresh fears over the size of Dubai's debt have sent shock waves through international markets, with major stocks and oil prices falling sharply. Dubai World, the country's largest conglomerate, wants to suspend payment on its sixty billion dollar debts until next May at the earliest. rt's financial contributor Max Keiser says the World is entering the Phase Two of the global economic crisis.

The building will be made up of 80 floors, with an apartment on each floor. The rotating building is made possible by 79 giant power-generating wind turbines.
