The new mount is one of my best RC inventions yet as its so simple and finally solves the problem of breaking motor mounts. What we are doing in this video is testing out GYROS while hovering. Reason is we will be starting a F-35 VERTICAL TAKE OFF and LANDING (VTOL) project in a couple months. We are using this simple plane as a test platform to see if the gyros need to have 2 settings. One setting for hover and one setting for flying. Turns out they sure do. The gyros hold the plane nice in a hover but shakes the plane when it flys. Good to learn this now on a simple plane rather than later on a big expensive F-35 VTOL!
